Well I'm happy to say I almost completed the exercise plan I had for myself for the week. On Wednesday I had planned to take a 4 mile walk but it was cold & rainy & I have a little baby with a runny nose so I didn't think it was wise to take him out!! It's nice out today though & I set aside Sundays to make-up anything I missed so I will probably take my walk today!
One thing I struggled with this week was encouraging myself to workout. When I did the burpee challenge & the 2 week challenges I always had @PamelaMKramer or @MrBookieboo asking me if I had exercised that day. That was all I needed to get my workouts done. Just someone asking me. So I had an idea, if any of you would like me to tweet you daily & simply ask you "Did you exercise today?" please leave your twitter ID below or tweet me (@mamasarahjane). You don't even have to answer me, it will just be a gentle reminder. I think this will help me out as well because I don't like to be a hypocrite! Also, if someone else is already doing this, please let me know! I don't want to steal anyones thunder!!
What is your plan to avoid overindulging during holiday feasts?
I think Thanksgiving will be easy, we are going to my mother's house and she is a "health freak" there are usually tons of healthy options. On Christmas we usually have a pot luck dinner at a relatives house so I think if I eat a big breakfast before we go & bring a healthy dish to eat there I will be okay. I'll be okay, right??
