This week has been a little rough for me. I am so stressed out, I can't even pin point exactly what is is that's stressing me out. I feel like my stress is eating away at my insides, I can hardly eat or sleep. When I was 14 my dad passed away at the end of September so this time of year and the holidays always seem to be a little bit rough.
Sorry to be such a debbie downer! I got to take my boys out for a hike on Friday. It was such a gorgeous day and it was nice to be in the middle of nowhere! I think we might go again tomorrow and i've really been enjoying sending out my #FriendlyFitminder's on twitter. I'm glad I got all of that off my chest, I feel better already!
What are you thankful for in your life?
I am beyond thankful for my family. They keep me going when I feel like stopping & never fail to lift my spirits. I am also thankful to my fellow mamavation sistas who always have a kind or encouraging word when I need it the most!
