I haven't really been weighing myself a lot lately, so when I stepped on the scale on Friday I was so excited to see that I had lost 3 lbs.!!
I think I say this every week but, I really need to start planning our meals better. I need to stop planning to plan them and actually plan them. Although the store is close by, at most times I have 3 little kids in the house and running out for a few ingredients for dinner is not always an option. We ended up eating pizza twice this week, which is delicious but not so nutritious!
I can't wait for the 2 week challenge tomorrow!
What is your favorite way to relax?
My favorite way to relax is in the morning, I get the boys situated and then I sit down with my cup of coffee and my computer. I try to ignore everyone while I do this and just use the time for myself. Sometimes I wish that cup of coffee would last forever!
