Mamavation Monday: Back on Track!

This past week was a great one! I got a lot of exercise and cleaning in and it feels awesome. This may sound crazy but I love the way my abs feel after a good workout, they are sore but I like being able to feel all the different muscles when I move. The soreness is gone right now and I am actually anxious to get it back!

Here's what my week looked like:

Monday: Gym - Did interval training on the elliptical for 20 minutes.
Tuesday: Week One of Jillian Michael's "Ripped in 30" (My new favorite workout DVD!)
Wednesday: Week One of Jillian Michael's "Ripped in 30"
Thursday: Gym - Cardio on the elliptical for 30 minutes
Friday: Cleaned the house from top to bottom!!
Saturday: Took a walk with the family & friends to the St. Patrick's Day parade.
Sunday: Celebrated 3 family members birthday's at our house, no exercise but I think good times are just as important as exercise sometimes :)

Today my little guy is 10 months old and we are going to take a hike after I post this.

What food did you think was good, but discovered that it’s not?

Some of the "organic" juices and snacks I was buying for my son have "natural flavors" listed in the ingredients, which I learned from Healthy Jasmine could mean any non-organic plant or animal by product (including MSG). So now I save my money and look for stuff with fewer ingredients.
