I wish I had more to say this week but I haven't been doing anything. I had this really great routine worked out where I would bring my son to school, come home and my other son would take a nap and I would exercise and clean up a little bit. Then I would go to the gym after they went to bed and do the elliptical for a half an hour. When I got the flu, almost 3 weeks ago now, I fell off track and never got back on. I ordered a new workout dvd which should be coming soon and I hope that gets me motivated. Also, I'm planning on downloading some new songs to my phone to get me pumped about going to the gym! I love music and I think it's an excellent motivator. What's your favorite workout song?

My favorite workout to get my heart pumping is dancing! I am no good at it but I love it!!
