Mamavation Monday

What is your #1 challenge when it comes to workouts?

My biggest challenge when it comes to workouts is getting myself motivated to begin! I don't know why, I know it's not too bad once I start and that I will feel great after but sometimes I can not push myself to even start. One thing I have found that helps is the mamavation sistahood! Reading everyone's mamavation monday posts really helps me out. I get to read about the awesome things you guys are doing or I will see that others are having a hard time getting motivated just like myself. Or, I can always send out a tweet or post in the facebook group asking for a push and I know I will get at least one person telling me to just do it. I love the support system I have found here with you ladies, I can't wait to see who will apply to be a mamavation mom this time around!

  1. Yes! When I feel like I'm too lazy to get something done, just looking at all the Mamavation women who are kicking butt is SUPER motivating!

  2. Motivation is a tricky thing. For me playing good music helps or setting the alarm for when I want to do it. And don't think about it much - just do it
