I’ve been coming across a bunch of fitness challenges recently and I wanted to share them with you! I am always more motivated to exercise when it is a part of a challenge! So here they are:
The Mamavation #2weekchallenge - This is mamavation’s 9th installment of the #2weekchallenge. I have participated in the past and have seen great results. It starts on July 2nd and it requires you to tweet @MrBookieboo who is very encouraging and supportive! There is also optional nutritional support.
Diets in Review is hosting Courtney Crozier’s 10 Week Summer Challenge. You might remember Courtney from The Biggest Loser, she was one of my favorites! I did this challenge last summer and it’s one of my favorites. It is not only fitness challenges, some weeks there will be nutritional and mental challenges. It just started today, so you should check it out!
Tara Burner is having a Plank, Push Up & Squat challenge. It’s a pretty straight forward challenge, just do one of the exercises everyday for the month of July! She has a downloadable calendar so you can record your progress and encourages you to tweet with her (@TaraBurner) for support.
Mom 365 is having a 5 Day Summer Fitness Challenge. They are having a different mom fitness blogger come up with a challenge for each day! This challenge just started and looks like it’s going to be fun!
