I didn’t do a Mamavation Monday post last week on Memorial Day and I feel like I haven’t posted in forever!
My sister and I participated in the Color Me Rad 5K on 5/26. It was so much fun! It wasn’t timed and we didn’t keep track so I have no idea how I did, which is fine! We decided that we were going to do one 5K a month from now on. I’m totally excited about that. I also got to meet Mamavation Mom Wendy, from The Weight is Over who also did the race that day!
This week I really need to focus on my nutrition. I haven’t been eating enough during the day and then around dinner time I completely start pigging out for the rest of the night. So I am really looking forward to Healthy Jasmine on Mamavation TV this week talking about healthy snacks! I will be taking notes.
