This week I found it a little bit difficult to get a lot of my planned exercises in, but that doesn’t mean I wasn’t busy! I wanted to get a good chunk of my challenges done but I only ended up doing one day of Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred.
This week was my 3 year olds first week of summer vacation. Plus, my husband was getting ready for and leaving for a work conference and my niece who I usually watch 3 or 4 days a week wasn’t here so our schedule was all sorts of off!
We kept busy by going to the beach, the museum, swimming and cleaning (ugh) and on Saturday we did a 5K! My 3 year old did a kids fun run too and I was so proud of him! You can read about it and check out pictures here.
Here’s an update on the challenges I’m working on, even though not much has changed since last week.:
C25K – finished through week 8 day 3
100 Pushups – finished through week 3 day 2
Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred – finished through week 2 day 1
100 Day Burpee Challenge – finished 11/8/11 !
My goal for this week is to work on my challenges, I would love to finish C25K!
