Earlier this week I realized I was having a serious case of workout ADD. I usually do pretty good with challenges but, apparently three workouts to choose from wasn’t enough and I just wasn’t doing them! So I went in search of some new workout challenges. I found a bunch and they all have to be completed by a certain time so I will have to do them!
I ran the Mamavation 5K on Saturday! I went out at 7 am and it was already 80+ degrees with an air quality warning, it was tough and I walked some of it but, I finished in 37:24 which is a new personal record!
