It’s day 6 of the August Healthy Living / Fitness Blogger Writing Challenge and today’s topic is:
“Your highs and lows from this past year.”
Well, I will start with the good! This past year, I completed a 100 Day Burpee Challenge, I participated in 5 5Ks, my husband was rehired for a job he was laid-off for previously and I started blogging!
The downs were getting injured. Shortly after running my first 5K in December, I injured my knee and wasn’t able to run again for months! Also, since I was sort of new to the whole fitness game I over trained a few times and got really sick. But, you live and you learn AND looking back, this year wasn’t all that bad. I mean, those were the only downfalls I can think of and really, they’re not that bad!
