Mamavation Monday


Happy Labor Day everyone! I hope everyone is enjoying this unofficial last week of summer! I spent some time at the zoo with the kids, enjoyed a little date night with my husband and got to visit the local adventure park for some obstacles in the tree tops.  My youngest son is unfortunately sick today, he had a high fever all last night and no one really got a lot of sleep. 

Last week I followed along with the mamavation mom workouts – they are tough! I was sore for most of the week. Today I am starting the new 2 Week Challenge! I’m so excited with all this new motivation I found recently and I’m trying to keep it going.

  3. Which zoo? Beardsley? I LOVED that when my kids were little! Aedan is having asthma issues now so I ge the whole sick kid thing. :( You'll do GREAT on the 2 week challenge!

    You are going to love the 2 Week Challenge.. I did it right before school let out, it was great!

  6. I know what you mean about the soreness! LOL It's always like that when you start working muscle groups in new ways -- or working muscles that you haven't been working! After 2-3 weeks (depending on how active you are and how frequently you work out) that will subside and you'll start to notice that you're sore less and less. Keep at it :) Sorry to hear the little one was sick :( Hope everyone is well now and that you're all able to get some sleep! Good luck with the 2 week challenge!
