I seem to have lost my motivation. This week I was a major slacker. Luckily, I’ve lost my motivation enough times that I know exactly what I need to do. I just need to do something! I enjoy working out and getting exercise. I feel great afterwards and it motivates me to do more. Sometimes it’s just hard to get up and just do something. Anything.
Now I just need to figure out what I should do. Anyone want to give me a workout shout out? Leave me a comment with something I should do… but, be nice!! :)
