Okay, okay, so this workout will work more than your butt – but I couldn’t resist using the name “Butt Pyramid.”
For the lunges, step ups & hip extensions you can alternate each side or you can do one set all on one side and switch to the opposite side on the next set. (i.e. do 40 left side lunges then do 40 right side lunges for the next lunge set.)
