I finished week 4 of Run Double’s Couch to 10K plan. This week 4 repetitions of 525 yards running followed by 525 yards walking. My fastest time for running the 2.54 miles this week was 22:26!
It was a little intimidating at first, most of the workouts required things like sandbags, a helmet and gear. Luckily, they included a guide for substitute equipment!
The book includes 30 hardcore workout routines with detailed pictures of each exercise in the back of the book. If you are looking for something different and challenging, I would definitely recommend checking it out!
